Our Core Services

Rebar Detailing

Rebar detailing is the discipline of preparing ‘shop/placing’ drawings or shop drawings of steel reinforcement for construction. Architect/Engineers(A/E) prepare ‘Design Drawings’ that develop required strengths by applying rebar size, spacing, location, and lap of steel. We use the world class software’s to prepare rebar shop drawings like AutoCAD, BarCAD, CADSRC where you will not find any mismatch between drawings and Bar Bending Schedule. Also we reduce the rebar fabricator’s time by providing “sdi” file, which can be imported in Armaor software. This will avoid human errors while encoding. Our experienced and qualified rebar detailers and checkers have developed their expertise in this leading segment to provide reliable, cost effective and time bound CAD services

General / Setting out Drawings

General arrangement drawings (GA’s) present the overall composition of an object such as a building. Depending on the complexity of the building, this is likely to require a number of different projections, such as plans, sections and elevations, and may be spread across several different drawings

Rebar Estimation

Estimation of steel reinforcement quantity is required for calculating cost of RCC structure along with other building materials as per construction drawing. Accurate quantities of the concrete and brickwork can be calculated from the layout drawings. If working drawings and schedules for the reinforcement are not available it is necessary to provide an estimate of the anticipated quantities. The quantities are normally described in accordance with the requirements of the Standard method of measurement of building works.
